Wedding Packages
The Whole Deal
This is our complete service package. The Whole Deal is for the bride who is just too busy to do it all. Whether you have a demanding job, lack of resources, or you just don’t have the time, we will do everything from making all the phone calls, setting up vendor meetings and supplying the couple with directions to the meetings, all of this is done with approval of the couple. All the couple has to do is choose what is best for them and leave the rest us.
This package also includes:
- Custom Planning Timeline
- Budget Breakdown & Tracking
- Unlimited communication via face-to-face, phone, and e-mail
- Unlimited Vendor Recommendations
- All Vendor Communications (phone calls, appointment setting & wedding day logistics)
- Vendor Contract Review and Negotiation
- Vendor Confirmations & Coordination
- Rehearsal Dinner Planning (if wanted)
- Attendance at the reception site
- Direction & Coordination of the rehearsal
- Direction & Coordination of the Wedding Day by the consultant (with possible assistant)
Partial Coordination
This is for the couple who has pretty much planned everything. They know exactly what they want and an idea of who they want to use for vendors. We will provide alternate vendors if needed and we will make sure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
This package also includes:
- Timeline Meeting & Timeline Creation with unlimited revisions
- Unlimited communication with via face-to-face, phone, and e-mail
- Vendor Confirmations & Coordination
- Review and Confirm contracts with all Vendors
- Direction & Coordination of the Wedding Day by the consultant (with possible assistant)
- Attendance at the reception site
Day of Ceremony Assistance

This package is for those who just need help with the planning. No assistance on the wedding weekend is provided.

- Vendor Confirmations & Coordination
- Vendor Contract Review and Negotiation
- All Wedding Coordination Packages are priced as a flat fee.
Pricing depends upon:
- Number of Guests
- Number of assistants needed
- Location of Ceremony and Reception
Additional A La Carte Services
A La Carte Selections are priced at an hourly rate unless added into a Wedding Package, then it will be added into the flat fee.

- Honeymoon Coordination and Booking

Any other services may be provided at your request.
Pricing of A La Carte Services depend upon:
- Complexity of the chosen service.
- External resources needed for service.
