Working with Brooke was such a pleasure! She made our wedding day run perfectly smooth. She took care of everything from walking down the aisle to decorating our wedding suite. I didn't have to worry about a thing & got to enjoy my wedding without dealing with the little kinks. Worth every penny =)

Brooke, of The Ultimate Event Planner is amazing to work with. She is very patient, very informed, very organized. She answered all my calls, and emailed me regularly. She completely eased all my wedding worries. She made my day fabulous. She was so accommodating and always went the extra mile to help me. She was on top of every detail and gave me such a relief. Brooke is truly the "ultimate event planner." I used her for weekend coordination, as I was planning a black tie wedding for 150 at a prestige private club in FL (and I live in NY and was arriving just the day before our wedding)! All the while leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly proactive and responsive -- offering suggestions and help however she could. That weekend, she was totally on top of everything. She is poised, graceful and gets along well with everyone. When my hairstylist botched the trial run the day before my wedding, Brooke reached a top stylist at 9 pm that night and convinced her to come to my hotel to do my hair the next day! And it looked amazing! Brooke is heroic, lovely and excellent at her job, and she never ever gives any attitude. She is 100% about the bride. You can't go wrong with her.

The Ultimate Event Planner was AMAZING! No matter what the economy looks like, planning a wedding by yourself is extremely stressful for anyone. Planning a wedding by yourself in a bad economy was just beginning to become a total nightmare! You name it, I had the worst of it happen to me... Unreliable vendors & our original venue filing bankruptcy! Luckily, I've know the owner, Brooke, for a long time and I finally hired her for a Day of Coordination after realizing that I wasn't going to be able to do it all myself without losing my mind! After sorting through a bunch of mishaps, the day of my wedding came and I was literally floored! I was speechless when I walked into my venue... the decor was something out of a magazine and far surpassed every expectation that I had! Brooke puts 200% into anything that she does, and our wedding was no exception. To this day, I am still getting comments from people about how beautiful everything was! Brooke is a bride's dream planner. I hired Brooke as my day of wedding coordinator while doing research on the web, as I live in Maryland (and got married in Jupiter Beach, FL), I did not meet her until the day of the rehearsal. She went above and beyond a day of coordinator. From the moment we spoke on the phone she was full of ideas, suggestions, and has just the kindest heart. I could not have had such a perfect wedding day had it not been for her. Honestly, I did not worry about anything and put the final touches into her hands. She set up my candy buffet, put out the kids gifts, delivered all of my designed table flower arrangements and centerpieces and made sure they were perfectly placed on the tables. I have used the Ultimate Planner for a few of my events. From my daughters wedding, sons Bar mitzvah, and our family holiday parties. The time line set up was great. I wasn't sure how things should flow, but you guided me the right way, and worked with my preferences.
