Brooke is a bride's dream planner. I hired Brooke as my day of wedding coordinator while doing research on the web, as I live in Maryland (and got married in Jupiter Beach, FL), I did not meet her until the day of the rehearsal. She went above and beyond a day of coordinator. From the moment we spoke on the phone she was full of ideas, suggestions, and has just the kindest heart. I could not have had such a perfect wedding day had it not been for her. Honestly, I did not worry about anything and put the final touches into her hands. She set up my candy buffet, put out the kids gifts, delivered all of my designed table flower arrangements and centerpieces and made sure they were perfectly placed on the tables. My friends and family could not stop commenting on how incredible she was!!! I could go on and on..... She is a true professional and she made sure everything was perfect for my day!!!

I have used the Ultimate Planner for a few of my events. From my daughters wedding, sons Bar mitzvah, and our family holiday parties. Each time they provide us with their utmost professionalism and dedication. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone.
